Well, I'd long been debating as to whether or not I'd go to GDC 2001. I noticed that priceline.com had a promotional to where they'd add $50 to your bid. Just for the heck of it, I bid $175 on a round-trip flight from Dallas to San Jose. There was supposedly a less than 10% chance that my bid would get accepted (I paid $375 last year with over a month lead-time), so I figured I'd let priceline make my decision for me.

Sonofagun if American Airlines didn't accept my bid, so I guess I'll see you folks in march :-)
