In a chat room this weekend, a couple of folks were mourning the loss of InstallShield Express from the new Visual C++.NET, and they were wondering what other good easy-to-use installers were out there. Being a good and dilligent websurfer, I found a place to get InstallShield Express for a buck!

It's here. Specifically, it's on an old copy of Borland's Delphi. Fully licensed and legal and ready for you to start making installers. Works just fine with the latest versions of Windows, and you don't have to install Delphi to use it.
