True, game development consists of a lot of programming work, but we mustn''t forget about those fantastic rendered animations. Animations sells a game.Am I right?

We''re trying. There is a site that we will be hosting in the near future that will be able to cater to your every need. Hopefully then you''ll be able to find everything you''re looking for.

Kevin

Admin for GameDev.net.

If you''re using 3D Studio Max legally, you''ll have enough tutorials to tide you over for a couple of months. By the end, you should be able to create near-professional graphics with time and practice. So I take it you''re either not using 3D Studio, or aren''t using a legal copy

There are help sites for modelling, such as www.tiptup.com/tutorials.shtml, or www.maxhelp.com. Both of those are for 3D Studio though, since that''s what most people use. You can buy a Student version (incl. Character Studio) for a couple of hundred dollars, if you can afford it.

No Kavos, Vikcy is half right. The two things that sell a game more than anything else are the graphics and the gameplay. Show me a game that is remembered primarily for its sound effects or music.
