Here''s a question. I''m working on a racing/twisted metal kind of game, and would like to use some specific cars. For instance, a Jeep Wrangler, or a 69 Camaro. Is this a copyright violation? Obviously, a lot of games use name brand autos, but are they all licensing them?

yes, all the big games using real car names must license them, and so should anyone who''s going to make money from the game. You may have noticed that there are a large number of credits at the end of any racing game with a number of different car brands (gran turismo for example).
