Hi I just wanna know if you can make your own version of games like tetris, puyo-puyo,columns,klax,... and sell it without paying any charges. Because you''re copying the concept. does someone something about it? Thanks

You can copy the idea just don''t copy the graphics because they are protected by copyright. Not that the world needs another boring Tetris rip off - yawn.
