basically we are working on a computer game, it is incomplete but theres a lot of artwork that we want to protect, these questions refer to that.. we want to copyright the artwork in america, can this be done if the author is not a american citizen what form/circular is required for this? there are forms for visual arts, multimedia, software on the copyright.gov site do we have to submit all artwork, or only certain frames? can we submit the artwork via cd? what formats are acceptable? windows bitmap? since the artwork will be updated, can the copyright be updated or will it have to be protected under a new copyright?
