Hi there!
I''m looking for a DLL that can load a dll, apply an effect on it (Chorus, Flanger, Tremolo for example)and save it back again. If such a thing exists, where can i get it?

Well, goldwave will do the effects, but not dll. still, its pretty good. i dont really know what youre trying to do, so i cant help much.
