I need to figure out how octtrees work. Please i just want some documentation or faq or something like those. Tnx in advance. By PROgrammer

start with quadtrees and then go on to octrees
quite simple indeed

glVelocity has a good little blurb about Oct Trees which explains some of the basics. There is also an advanced article on some Oct Tree stuff by Brent Pease (original project lead for Oni) at Oni Central (oni.bungie.org).
