Hi, I am new in OpenGL programming and tried the NeHe Tutorials, but the Tutorial #6 runns so slow, I am useing a Voodoo 1 (Monster 3D). On my other PC (Voodoo 3) it runns very well. On an other PC (Voodoo 3 too, but older drivers) it runns nearly as slow as on my Voodoo 1 machine. Do I something wrong, or...? Henno Buschmann programming in German: www.Loggy.de.st

Hey man,

Sorry no one answered your post.. Did you get an answer? I went and took a look at the source and couldn''t really think of anything except that it''s possible those older drivers.. As far as the Voodoo1.. Hehe.. that''s funny..

Hi,

yea, your probably right, but I can''t except this. If I write a program in OpenGL, nearly everbody should be able to play it with good performance. I downloaded new drivers for the Voodoo 1 (with GLSetup), but it doesn''t matter :-(.
