Help with models

I would like to know if there are any programs that will convert 3DS files into Quake MAP files. I know of a program called MGS, but it either has problems opening my 3DS files, or is a little too complicated for a non-programmer like me. I basically need something that will convert files on its own without any file manipulation from me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
