it seems to be broken and just serves me a blank white page. Where can I find the rules listing? I'm trying to find if using a commercial engine is fine for the contest or not, and if source must be submitted or if it based on final product. Thanks :)

Huh, I wonder what's going on with that? Anyways, from what I recall (and I'm not a judge), yes a commercial engine is okay, and no source is not required.
