I've been working on an RPG flash engine for my final college project which is pretty much complete, with a few things that need fixing up. I was wondering if flash games are fine to submit. If so I think I'll be able to create a neat RPG with the 4 elements. Thanks.

Sure, Flash games are fine; I'd recommend including the standalone player in your submission, though.
