GLU Extensions

I read the Spec for GLU 1.3 , I found very interesting functions concerning NURBS rendering and tesselation. These functions are alreeady implented in a GLU-Extension called GLU_EXT_NURBS_TESSELATOR. Does anyone know where I can find this ext.
