Direct3D RM - Textures

you know in the .x files in the MeshMaterialList section where you specify the texture name, i did all of that (just like the tiger example in the SDK) but when i run the game, it doesn't work, it shows a change but it shows only 1 color....

any suggestions or better solutions??
