3DS & Ase's Keyframer data

Help me anybody !
I have small programm which reading and showing 3ds ( ase ) file ...
But I don't know how to animate this objects!
3ds's (ase's ) Keyframer is :
Position Tag ...
Rotation Tag and Scale Tag ...
But what I must doing with this TAGs ?
Anybody can tell me algorith of keyframer ?

I haven''t worked with the animation files as yet, but if that is all of the frame information they provide, it would seem that you need to apply those values to your object''s vertices. Just pop them into a matrix and do these transforms first, followed by any world transforms you want to do.
