Can I make OpenGL tutorials on my site by translating NeHe site's tutorials to my country's language?
and if I can what term/conditions should I made e.g. linkback... etc.

sure, translating the NeHe tutorials is no problem as long as you link to the original pages (which you probably want anyway to provide all the downloads..).

Thanks, I'll start creating tutorials. This will take sometimes but I will get back again as long when the tutorials were finished.
