Anyone know how to prevent the 3dfx logo from appearing in a fullscreen opengl app Thanks in advance

If you have a Voodoo3, then you can use the tools control panel applet that comes with it. Click Display -> Settings tab -> Advanced -> 3dfx Tweaks IIRC.

You can also do it using DOS. Add the following line to Autotoexec.bat and you''ll never see the logo again.
SET FX_GLIDE_NO_SPLASH=1

Removing the line will restore the logo, of course.
