Clipping in D3D

How can i know if a mesh (a Boundong Box, for instance) lies inside the viewing frustrum??? I use to do that with Viewport.ProcessVertices, but this method is obsolete in Dx7, so what can I Do???? If the answer is GetClipStatus, well, explain a bit of this lazzy method. Thanks Paco
