Hello,

I'm searching for open art that can be used for a non-commercial game I'm building. The graphic style are "walls" that are similar to Eye of the Beholder. I searched the links before I posted, and I also tried OpenGameArt.org, but I don't see anything that meets my needs. Do you know of any? Thank you.

Edit: I am thinking about doing a 3D version with the same effects, which may be easier to make, but I'm curious if there's any 2d art.

I'm not aware of any free sources actually what you are wanting, but there are alot of free texture sites (I like this one), and you can create a basic 3D model and texture it and then screenshot it, or even use 2D software like Photoshop, Paint.NET (free), or PaintShopPro (the poor man's photoshop. I use it alot), and using the textures and the "perspective" tool, orient the textures so they look 3D. And then afterward, touch up the image with additional effects.

You might have come across this already if you searched OpenGameArt.org, but I found this art for an open source dungeon crawler called Heroine Dusk when I was researching the very same thing.
