Hi
When I registered someone had already taken the nickname I wanted to use which was "brain".
The problem is that the person having that nickname registered about ten years ago if not more and hasnt ever posted never mind logged in for a decade.
Is there any chance an admin or mod could delete or rename the old idler account so I can take up that nickname as it is what I am known as in many other communities, or would that be against some rule somewhere?
Note I don't intend to impersonate the old user, I have no idea who it was.

I would like my display name to be Lactose (that is, same as now, but without the exclamation mark).
