We are a team building a MMORPG with AAA Graphics.
Its an indie project, so everyone will be paid after crowd funding!
So for now we need 1-2 Programmers and 1-2 Concept Artists.

MMORPG with AAA Graphics is a very huge goal so in the way you wrote it your post seems to be from an overmotivated beginner...
We are using UE4.
Its a mediaval Era game, with gods etc.
KIngdom system (big guilds will have the ability to create a town for them)
Kingdom wars
Proffessions
And more.
We are 20 members right now.
There are some newbies but the most have already been in atleast 1 team who created a game
