i start a site : (removed) . i want to make a scary maze type game for it. i want to add luffy character instead of dot. Is it allowed as luffy is an anime character.

I believe since Luffy is a copyrighted character you can't use him.

The Luffy character is not yours, the character has legal protections by the author/publisher, don't use it.
