Anyone have Patreon experience? I'm curious about things like:

• gaining the first patrons and how to continue promotion
• deciding pledge tiers and rewards
• is it a bad idea to plan to eventually release the game for free, just giving the patrons early acccess?
• splitting the total profit over a 3-4 person team
• how this income should be handled in terms of paying taxes
