We have quite a few users unable to connect to our game servers.

The game requires users to connect to our login server's IP address on port 5555.

This happens a lot in Brazil for some reason.

The only way around this is for users to use a VPN connection.

We are out of ideas here.

if I remember correctly the port was used by the Xbox360 (and some other tools) for something. Maybe it's blocked by some ISPs?

Otherwise I'd need a bit more information than that.

Try to use the HTTP or HTTPS ports if you want to be sure the censor mashine doesn't catch your transmissions. Otherwise try using a different port. This is anything you could do from your side, other possible cause is Firewall, Router settings and System settings of your user's mashines you don't have any impact to
