Hello! I'm just looking for people to learn/improve/experience in making games together (as a team). I have no experience in the real game dev world (yet). If you are relatively new to game dev, this just might be for you! If this team turns out to make great money, so be it.

My primary skill is programming. I have experience in both 2D and 3D (but most of my games are decent in gameplay). I am willing to discuss (and learn) what tools (game engines, art tools, etc) to use.

I'm hoping for a flat structure where everyone is an equal (no leader) and everyone gets to vote on what decision to make (hopefully with a time limit). Everyone can make a suggestion on how this team should be run (as long as the structure hopefully stays flat and everyone retains the right to vote).
