It's nice work, a solid start I'd say.
I would try playing with the timing.
1. Maybe have a hold when the scythe is at its highest point, a few frames there can add some anticipation to the up-coming strike.
2. The downward swing seems linear in its speed, try to have the scythe travel faster in the beginning of the swing, and then slowdown towards the end. This will make it seem more physically correct, adding weight to the animation.
