After looking through a few of the forums one factor tends to come up quite a lot...that is requests for graphic artists to join their team. I''m a graphic artist and came to this site as I want to learn programming..if I hadn''t of wanted to then I probably wouldn''t of come. Anyhow, my suggestion is that you make the site more attractive to graphic artists (I think it makes sense anyhow...) Over and out.... Saint
