Need help with the Grenades

iam actually trying to get the grenades working, but all i get are wrong? values?! heres a log from a nade fired into free space, no obstacles in the way, default angle:
Pos= (-0.00, 0.10) Speed= 0.10/update => 4.50 units/second
Pos= (-0.00, 0.30) Speed= 0.20/update => 9.00 units/second
Pos= (-0.00, 0.60) Speed= 0.30/update => 13.50 units/second

how is the jumping of the speed to be interpreted??? do the simulation of the nades follow the 0.02222secs per update??? and how can a nade accelerate? T2k

Heres another log, but this time ive recorded also how many calls to update had passed (first number) as everyone can see some where skipped, but the nade still accelerates ??? shouldnt there be a constant velocity in (edit3D-horizontal (x-z-plane) direction???
